A Flexible, Expedited Pathway to Earning Your Bachelor's Degree

Earn your bachelor's degree within 18 months as a full-time student while learning skills you can apply to numerous contexts, including education, workforce development, military education or graduate study. You can also complete the degree in adult education part time around your schedule. Choose from in-person, online or Flex formats.

Develop Skills for a Range of Adult Education Jobs

Learn how to effectively teach adult learners in practical classroom situations and develop your personal adult education philosophy. In the occupational education program, you'll gain the skills you need to design, deliver and practice in instructional programs for professional and technical vocations, such as online learning, continuing education and job training programs. Dr. Lee Ammons

Dr. Ammons, Assistant Chair of Occupational Education, holds a Ph.D. from Auburn University. He earned his A.S. degree from Enterprise State Junior College and his B.A. and M.A. from the University of Alabama. Dr. Ammons has over a decade of experience teaching at the two-year level and has a research interest in community college leadership.
